(Xinhua) Home anti-epidemic-themed film “Chinese language Docs” continued to high Chinese language field workplace chart on Saturday, China Film Information Data Community reported Sunday.
Pocketing one other 111.3 million yuan (round $17.2 million), the film has garnered a field workplace income of 778 million yuan in complete since its debut.
Coming in second was China’s home musical comedy “The Day We Lit Up The Sky,” raking in 44.7 million yuan on its premiere day Saturday.
The film depicts how a scholar on grade retention met his like-minded buddies at school and collectively pursued the victory of a dancing competitors regardless of each adversity.
It was adopted by “Grasp Ji Gong,” an animated film tailored from China’s historical folklore of a legendary Buddhist monk, which raked in over 10 million yuan on Saturday.
