Trust Yashraj Mukhate to turn any random clip into a catchy beat that is hilarious to listen to. The man who gave the internet epics like ‘Rasoda rap’ and ‘Parwi ho rahi hai’ is now back with another musical rendition showing a property dealer in Mumbai.
Bhavesh Kaware, a Mumbai-based property dealer, had posted a video on Instagram in May in which he is seen telling potential buyers to come to him if they are looking to buy property in different areas of Mumbai like “Western line, Central line or Herbal line”. He spoke the lines, “Ghar dekh reh ho, aajao dikha dunga (Looking for a home, come I will show you)” in a kind of rhyme that was loved by netizens. Many also pointed out that he spoke “herbal line” when it is Harbour Line.
Mukhate picked these lines and added some beats to it, turning it into a catchy song. “Ye herbal line kaha padta hai? (Where is herbal line located)” he captioned the clip.

Actor Siddhant Chaturvedi responded to the clip and wrote, “Dikha dunga!” “Hahahha new song from the album – Dmart ke peeche,” said a netizen. “Herbal line is going to be the new SoBo,” said another. “It’s already running in my mind since a long time. Now it will come with hook,” joked another.
In April, Mukhate had collaborated with cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar to create a viral song using just one word. Sachin spoke the word “Pachas” or 50 in a wordplay as the sporting genius celebrated his 50th birthday.
