‘The Mean One’ is a new horror parody film about the Grinch, which has just released its debut trailer.
Erik Baker, Chase Mullins, Flip Kobler, John Bigham and Amy Schumacher will feature in the film, directed by Steven LaMorte and written by Finn and Flip Kobler.
‘The Mean One’ is a furry, green-skinned grump in a Santa suit, who lives on a mountain high above Newville and despises the Christmas season, according to a synopsis of the film on Bloody Disgusting. It also stated that Young Cindy (Krystle Martin), whose parents were murdered by The Mean One twenty Christmases ago, return to the village to strive for closure. Still, when ‘The Mean One’ unleashes a new authority of hysteria that terrorizes to destroy Christmas, Cindy discovers a daring new purpose of trapping and killing the monster.
‘The Mean One’ will be released in theaters in the United States on December 9. A UK release date is yet to be determined.
