The continuing American drama on The CW, Riverdale, is returning for the next episode, Episode 19 of Season 6. The episode would also feature a guest star, Sabrina the Witch, played by Kiernan Shipka. This would be Kiernan’s second appearance on the show. She first appeared as ‘Sabrina’ when Season 6 started with a five-episode run.

The release date for the series, however, has been deferred. It would not be aired next week, possibly because the next week coincides with the Fourth of July. The show might have wanted to avoid the competition, which is why it is deferring the release of its episode. After all, having high ratings is essential!

The 19th episode will be aired on July 10th. The episode would feature Sabrina as a guest star. The episode ‘The Witches of Riverdale’ would feature Sabrina Spellman coming to Riverdale to help the protagonists.

The network has shared episode 19’s synopsis. The episode shows Cheryl calling on her fellow witch, Sabrina Spellman, to help when the other protagonists of Riverdale become a victim of Percival’s plan. In a parallel storyline, Reggie receives an ultimatum from Percival. While this is just a brief synopsis, you should be prepared for the story going in any direction.

The show’s main cast includes KJ Apa playing Archie, Lili Reinhart playing Betty, Camila Mendes playing Veronica and Cole Sprouse as Jughead. Cast members featured in Season 6 Episode 19 include Madelaine Petsch as Cheryl, Charles Melton as Reggie and Chris O’Shea as Percival.

Other cast members are Madchen Amick, Vanessa Morgan, Casey Cott, Drew Ray Tanner and Erinn Westbrook. Episode 19 is written by Roberto Aguirre – Sacasa and Chrissy Maroon. Alex Pillai directs it.

Riverdale follows the story of Archie, Veronica, Betty and Jughead, fictional characters inspired by the

comics. The show announced that it would return for Season 7, which would also be the series’ last season.
