New Delhi: After OnePlus and Xiaomi, Realme is also set to unveil its Realme GT Neo 3 smartphone in India this month. The Realme GT Neo 3 smartphone will be launched in India on April 29. The Xiaomi 12 Pro and OnePlus 10R and Nord CE 2 Lite will be launched in the country just ahead of the GT Neo 3 on April 27 and April 28, respectively.

Realme has confirmed the launch of GT Neo 3 in India on April 29 at 12:30 pm. The Realme GT Neo 3 will come with the company’s proprietary 150W fast charging that was showcased earlier at MWC 2022 in Barcelona. The Realme GT Neo 3 is claimed to get over 50 per cent battery in five minutes, courtesy of the 150W fast charging.

Xiaomi was the first to take fast charging technology to another level with its 120W fast charging on the Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge and Xiaomi 11T Pro. OnePlus 10R is also slated to bring the 150W SUPERVOOC charging technology that claims to charge the OnePlus 10R’s battery from 1 to 100 per cent in 17 minutes. However, the base variant of the OnePlus 10R will support 80W SUPERVOOC charging only and similarly we are likely to see another version of the Realme GT Neo 3 with 80W fast charging. It is being said that the OnePlus 10R will be a rebadged version of Realme GT Neo 3.

Realme GT Neo 3 expected specifications and features

The Realme GT Neo 3 was unveiled in the company’s home turf in China last month at a starting price of CNY 1,999 or roughly Rs 24,000. It is also likely that the Realme GT Neo 3 will be priced close to the OnePlus 10R 5G in India.

The device is powered by a 4,500mAh battery with support for 150W fast charging and another variant with support for 80W fast charging. In terms of imaging, the Realme GT Neo 3 may feature a triple rear camera setup led by a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra wide sensor and a 2MP macro lens and a 16MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
