The footage came after the media reported on November 6 that John Tyson had been arrested in Fayetteville. The report stated that under the influence of alcohol, John entered a woman’s house illegally, and police officers were called in to evacuate him.
Officers in the footage could be seen asking the CFO to wake up. Before being handcuffed, John woke up for a moment and then fell asleep again. However, as John failed to comply, he was handcuffed and dragged to the police vehicle. As per media reports, John Tyson was charged with criminal trespass and public intoxication.
According to reports, the young woman returned to her house around 2 am and found John sleeping in her bed. The woman called in the officers and reported that the door was left unlocked, which is why the trespasser could access her bedroom.
However, Tyson was released the following morning, which was confirmed by the Sheriff’s Department. Earlier this week, Tyson apologized to the investors, said he was embarrassed, and took full responsibility for his actions. He said that he was committed to ensuring that such a mistake never happened again.
