The Jack Ma Basis has pledged to spend no less than 300 million yuan ($45 million) within the subsequent decade to workers rural faculties with certified lecturers.
The muse unveiled on Monday its Jack Ma Rural Pre-Service Trainer Initiative, which goals to attract graduates from regular universities to countryside faculties on a five-year program.
That is the muse’s third initiative supporting rural training improvement.
For the primary part, beginning Jan 21, the muse stated it is going to cooperate with universities in Hunan, Sichuan and Jilin provinces in addition to Chongqing, and channel 100 graduates to villages within the 4 areas.
