Experts raise concerns about Germany’s plan to heat homes with heat expelled by data centers as the warm air isn’t hot enough for most district heating networks — Germany wants to force its power-hungry data centers to harness excess heat for warming residential homes — an effort which the industry warns is likely to fall flat.
