New Delhi: The Delhi Police has filed a case towards Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, senior journalist Rajdeep Sardesai, The Caravan journal and others for allegedly deceptive public in regards to the loss of life of a protester on the ITO through the violence on Republic Day, officers mentioned on Saturday.
The case has been registered on the IP Property police station below related sections of the Indian Penal Code, police mentioned.
